One part of a 2 album suite of instrumental music. The suite loosely explores the daily dance that is innately a part of the human experience. This part explores remorse, forgiveness, reparation, repentance, and rejuvenation - lighter and perhaps more optimistic ideas than its counterpart.

Ascent was recorded throughout 2020-2021, and is released now in late 2022 for the first time. Ascent and its sibling Descent are purposely not labelled ‘part 1’ or ‘part 2’ as these were composed in parallel with no play order in mind. Start with Descent and finish with Ascent to finish in a good mood, or put all 20 tracks on shuffle - it is quite up to you.
